Crock Pot Italian Beef

If I know that our gluten intolerant grandson is coming, I make sure to use gluten free beer and gluten free beef broth.

The original recipe uses 2 cans of broth and 2 cans of beer. I use 3 cans of each liquid as I use all of the leftover broth and beef as the base for my vegetable soup.

If we are not in the mood for vegetable soup, I use the leftover beef in my chili.

Ingredients

5 lb
any type of roast
3 can(s)
beer -i use the cheapest i can find.
3 can(s)
beef broth
1/2 small jar(s)
mild banana ring peppers - if you like it spicier, use hotter peppers

Directions Step-By-Step

In a crock pot, place the roast and pour in the 3 cans of beer and 3 cans of beef broth. Add the 1/2 jar of Mild Banana Ring Peppers.
Cover and cook for 8 hours or until the beef falls apart.
