Method:

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

beef flank steak
1
onion, chopped
1
green bell pepper, chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 tsp
dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
salt and pepper
1 tsp
sazon seasoning or sub 1/2 tsp accent
1 can(s)
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato sauce, small can
2 Tbsp
tomato paste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place everything in a crock pot and cook on low about 8 hours. The meat should pull apart with a fork.

When done, move the meat to a serving bowl. Pour sauce into a sauce pan and bring to a boil on the stove. Reduce by about 1/2.

While the sauce is reducing shred the meat with a fork. Pour the sauce over the meat and serve with rice.
