place roast in crock pot and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
turn crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours until it falls apart. (I do this overnight)
when roast is done, take out of crock pot and shred beef with two forks or your fingers. Drain juices out of insert place shredded beef back in, add 1 bottle of bbq sauce, turn crock pot back on low and cook for a couple more hours, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns or over cooked rice....
