Here's another recipe that needed to have a home.
Well, now it looks like it has one.:)

Ingredients

2 lb
stew beef, cubed
1/2 c
flour
2 Tbsp
oil
1
bay leaf
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1
chopped onion
1 c
beef bouillon
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
sugar
6
sliced carrots
1 c
sliced celery
4
potatoes, cut up
12 small
pearl onions
4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Coat meat with flour and set excess flour aside.
2In skillet, heat oil and brown meat.
3In crockpot, combine beef, worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, onion, bouillon, salt and pepper, sugar and vegetables.
4Pour water over all.
5Cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours.
6Turn to high and thicken with flour.
7Cook for 15 more minutes, then remove bay leaf.
