Dredge stew meat with flour, add pinch of salt and pepper. Sear for 2 minutes.
Add beef to a casserole dish and set aside. Saute garlic, onion and mushroom in oil. Add to beef.
Add in soup, gravy (a jar of gravy or packet with water) bake at 300 for 2 hours. Last 1/2 hour add a mixture of 2 tsp of cornstarch and 3 tsp of water to thicken. Remove from oven and mix in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
