- 17 3/4 oz can mixed veggies, drained
- 17 3/4 oz can creamed corn
- 17 3/4 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 14 3/4 can spanish rice
- 10 oz can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1Brown meat and onion; add mixed vegetables, corn, tomatoes, rice and Ro-Tel. Simmer about 30 minutes, or to desired thickness.
