Ingredients For cowboy cassarole

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck cooked
  • 1 (large) can
    baked beans
  • 1 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can
    homestyle biscuits
  • 1/2 sm
    onion (chopped)
  • 1 bottle
    barbecue sauce

How To Make cowboy cassarole

  • 1
    Cook the ground chuck and onion up in a skillet, drain off any excess grease.
  • 2
    Spray cassarole dish and add cooked ground chuck and onions. Pour bbq sauce over. Top with baked beans. Layer with raw biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or so.
