Ingredients For country meatball ragout

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1/3 cbread crumbs
-
1egg, beaten
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cancream of chicken soup with herbs

1 canbeef broth. don't use chicken broth or it won't taste right

1 pkgfrozen veggies, i use broccoli, cauliflower and carrots

1 canchopped tomatoes
-
1/2 tspeach basil and thyme

2 Tbspoil
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/4 cflour
How To Make country meatball ragout

1Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt. Shape into meatballs

2In large skillet brown meatballs in oil. Pour off fat.

3Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT water and flour and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally

4Gradually blend water into flour until smooth. Slowly stir into stew. Cook, stirring until thickened. Serve.
