COTTAGE MEAT LOAF

This is my families favorite meat loaf, also the office where I work. Great left over and for sandwiches.

Nothing like the "old fashion" meat loaf but very good. I think it is better.

Ingredients

egg
1 lb
good hamburger
1/2 c
cottage cheese
1/2
onion, chopped
1/2 c
cracker crumbs
1/4 c
celery, chopped
2 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2
bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb
cheddar cheese, diced

Directions Step-By-Step

BEAT EGG AND ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL (USING YOUR HANDS). SHAPE INTO ONE LARGE LOAF OR 2 SMALLER LOAVES.

TOPPING:1/2 C CATSUP, 1TBS. PREPARED MUSTARD AND
2 TBSP. BROWN SUGAR. MIX THIS WELL AND SPREAD OVER LOAVES.

BAKE 350* 1 HOUR COVERED FOR FIRST 30 MINUTES. REMOVE FOIL AND FINISH BAKING.
