red or yellow or green pepper, sliced into strips
Cut steak into serving pieces.
In a large plastic bag, add flour, paprika and Laury's seasoning.
Place steaks into bag and shake.
Pound steak while still in the bag.
Put oil into frying pan.
Add steaks (shake extra flour from each steak) to frying pan and brown on both sides.
Add sliced onion and green, yellow or red peppers. Cook until tender.
Mix mushroom soup, 1 can water and canned mushrooms together in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Add mushroom mixture to steak and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on stove for two hours, stirring occasionally.
Enjoy over rice or noodles!
