Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
crushed oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1/2
can of diced green chilis (small can)
1/4 c
bottle taco sauce
1/4 c
sour cream

10 inch flour taco shells
1/2 c
butter
colby or cojack cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Brown beef and spices, Drain

Add green chilis,taco sauce, sour cream, and vinegar. Mix and cool

melt the butter in a pan. dip both sides of tortilla in butter. drain over pan

Mound 1/3 cup or so of filling in center of tortilla and wrap and fold

place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy

remove from oven, top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or so
