Ingredients

1 lb
lean ground beef
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
crushed oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1/2
can of diced green chilis (small can)
1/4 c
bottle taco sauce
1/4 c
sour cream
6
10 inch flour taco shells
1/2 c
butter
colby or cojack cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Brown beef and spices, Drain
2Add green chilis,taco sauce, sour cream, and vinegar. Mix and cool
3melt the butter in a pan. dip both sides of tortilla in butter. drain over pan
4Mound 1/3 cup or so of filling in center of tortilla and wrap and fold
5place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet
6Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until crispy
7remove from oven, top with cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes or so
