This is a recipe i created for a church mexican theme dinner

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
12
8 inch torillas
1 can(s)
green chillies
1 pkg
white shreded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c
chopped green onions
1 1/2 c
old el paso taco sauce
sour cream
heavy cream

Directions Step-By-Step

brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.

spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick

deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain.

melt cheese with a little cream and butter.

top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions

Just tried these tonight and all I can really say about them is that there are none left!! I even received the dog eye because I didn't have anymore made. So thank you for this wonderful recipe!!!
