This is a recipe i created for a church mexican theme dinner
8 inch torillas
white shreded sharp cheddar cheese
chopped green onions
1 1/2 c
old el paso taco sauce
1brown the beef in a skillet, drain, stir in chilis and taco sauce, simmer 5 min.
2spoon 1/4 cup of meat mixture along one side of tortillas, fold in sides and roll up and secure with a tookpick
3deep fry in 350 degree deep fryer, drain.
melt cheese with a little cream and butter.
top with cheese sauce,sour cream and onions
