My family likes the canned chili mac, and I'm not too thrilled of it. So I decided to make my own. Its real simple and you can tweak it as much as you like to your tasting but this is the way I like to make it. I like to serve it over rice. I don't measure the chili powder, I just go by taste, so a lot of recipe's I have I don't post because I never measure, so I'm not real sure if it would be easy for people to follow it.
