its quick chili, thick and filling
you can add some green pepper and garlic or celery or whatever you like to this, but it doesn't need it.
I usually have these things on hand, so its really quick.

Ingredients

5 lb
ground beef
4 can(s)
chili man chili 2with & 2 w/o beans
2 can(s)
kidney beans
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 large
onion diced
4 pkg
chili man chili seasoning mix
2 Tbsp
cumin
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 each tsp
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a large pot brown ground beef with onions.Drain grease off.
2Add everthing else and simmer about 30 minutes or longer, stirring every once in a while, until chili thickens and your ready to eat.
3I serve it with crackers, diced onion, cheddar cheese, jalepenos and sour cream on the side.
