A friend made me PROMISE to try this recipe years ago even though the ingredients sounded "different". I followed thru with that promise and this soup has become a family favorite!
Brown ground beef and season to taste. Drain fat off.
Add the minestroni soup, corn and cheese whiz to the meat and mix well. Simmer 20 minutes.
*Hint - I usually make grilled sandwiches with this and it is wonderful. Additionally... you can add an extra can of kidney beans if you want your soup to go farther but dont want to double the recipe.
