Ingredients For cheesy hot dog casserole

1/2 lbhot dogs (i use ball park angus beef franks (bun size)), cut into 1/2

1 cancheddar cheese soup

1 pkgcorn kernels, frozen, thawed

1 lgonion, finely chopped
-
1 cwater
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 1/2 cmashed potato flakes
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 lgegg, slightly beaten

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy hot dog casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients; mix well.

2Spoon into ungreased 3 qt. casserole; set aside.

3In medium saucepan, bring water & margarine to a boil. Remove from heat.

4Stir in potato flakes & milk. Add egg; blend well.

5Spoon & spread over casserole. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes of until cheese is melted.
