Ingredients
- 1/2 pound hot dogs (i use ball park angus beef franks (bun size)), cut into 1/2
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 package corn kernels, frozen, thawed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy hot dog casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients; mix well.

Step 2Spoon into ungreased 3 qt. casserole; set aside.

Step 3In medium saucepan, bring water & margarine to a boil. Remove from heat.

Step 4Stir in potato flakes & milk. Add egg; blend well.

Step 5Spoon & spread over casserole. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 3 minutes of until cheese is melted.
