Lynn's Notes:

This was made with leftover steak, a couple of beautiful tomatoes that were sitting on my counter smiling at me and of course onion and cheese. The kicker is the chili sauce, so good, sooooo hot. This is a delicious was to use leftover steak.

Directions

1
I sliced the onions and sauted in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil while I was chopping my leftover steak. I then added the steak to warm. Meanwhile I grated the cheese.
2
Spread garlic chili sauce on one side of corn tortillas.
3
Cook sliced tomatoes in skillet used for heating steak. Cook for a few minutes on each side till tender.
4
Spray other side with spray oil and place that side down in a hot skillet. Add cheese, tomatoes, steak and onions and more cheese. Top with other tortilla (chili side down), then spray top with spray oil. Cook for 3-4 min. till bottom side browns then flip and brown other tortilla.

I am so addicted I got two slices of bread and spread it on with a piece of cheese, I've got it bad, lol. I'm out, so off to HEB tomorrow, and don't know if our walmart sells it, surely so, but I'm not taking a chance. I've got a grilled pizza in mind using it!

I just made my sandwich for tomorrow (deli turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato) and instead of my normal mustard/mayo mixture on the bread, I mixed the sriracha with mayo instead. Boy is that a tasty addition. Lynn- if you get a chance, read the second post I ever wrote on my blog. It's about sriracha and I called it "Obsession". ha ha- things don't change.
