DirectionsI sliced the onions and sauted in a non stick skillet in a little olive oil while I was chopping my leftover steak. I then added the steak to warm. Meanwhile I grated the cheese.Spread garlic chili sauce on one side of corn tortillas.Cook sliced tomatoes in skillet used for heating steak. Cook for a few minutes on each side till tender.Spray other side with spray oil and place that side down in a hot skillet. Add cheese, tomatoes, steak and onions and more cheese. Top with other tortilla (chili side down), then spray top with spray oil. Cook for 3-4 min. till bottom side browns then flip and brown other tortilla.
