1Brown the ground beef & drain....what time the meat is browning take & put your lasagna noodles on and bring to a boil. You want the noodles to be soft, but still a little firm.
2In a large mixing bowl take and combine the meat, pasta sauce, salt, pepper, mushrooms, & bell peppers. Mix well. In a seperate bowl, mix the cheeses together by themselves.
3Once noodles are done, take them out of the boiling water and lay them on a piece of waxed paper. Spray a 9x13 pan and put a layer of noodles down, put some of the meat mixture on top of that, then put down a layer of cheese. Continue doing this until all the items are used ending with the cheese on the main top. Cover with aluminum foil.
4Bake in a preheated oven of 350' for 45 minutes, take the foil off and then put back into oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is brown & bubbly.
