Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1
boneless chuck roast (2 - 2 1/2 pounds)
1 Tbsp
dried cajun seasoning
1 9-oz pkg
frozen corn
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
green bell pepper, chopped
1 14.5-oz can(s)
diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
hot pepper sauce

Step-By-Step

1Rub entire surface of beef roast with Cajun seasoning.

2Place roast in 3 1/2- to 4-quart crock pot.

3Top with onion, corn and bell pepper.

4In small bowl, combine tomatoes, pepper and hot pepper sauce; mix well.

5Pour over vegetables and roast.

6Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours.

7To serve, cut roast into slices.

8Serve corn mixture with slotted spoon.
