Cabbage Roll Casserole

|8 c||chopped cabbage|
|1 c||cooked or instant rice|
|1 Tbsp||dry minced onion|
|1 lb||lean ground beef|
|3/4 tsp||black pepper|
|15 oz||can tomato sauce|
|2 Tbsp||brown sugar|
|2 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|2 tsp||worcestershire sauce|
Steam cabbage for a few minutes. Drain
In bowl, combine cooked ot instant rice, onion, beef, salt & pepper.
In greased casserole dish, place half of cabbage.
Press all of meat mixture then top with remaining cabbage.
In small bowl, combine water, tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon & Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage. Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Cover with foil & bake until meat is done & cabbage is tender
