Cabbage and Ground Beef Casserole

Kathie Carr

This is a simple old recipe that makes up quickly and tastes good. If you like cabbage you will like this. Its filling and economical.

Grandma used to make this when we had been working outdoors all day and there was not a lot of time for cooking. It stirs up quickly and then bakes in the oven for an hour without fuss.
