This is a recipe by Ted Reader that I tweaked to make my own...the secret ingredient that makes these burgers so good is the butter!! Enjoy...theses are awesome !!

Ingredients For butter me up burgers

3 lbregular or lean ground beef

4 Tbspbutter,softened
-
4 clovegarlic , minced
-
1 Tbspchopped cilantro or parsley
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspmustard, any type
-
1 pinchdried hot pepper, cayenne or ancho or whatever you like

12 hamburgers buns
How To Make butter me up burgers

1Mix together the beef with the butter and all the ingredients seasoning it with s/p to taste. Don't handle the meat too much as it will make your burgers tough.Pat into 1/4 pound patties or I have a hamburger gadget that I weigh the meat into 4 ounces and toss into the container that presses it into perfect round disks. At this point freeze or light your Q and cook. So yummy and these are all the condiments we had when I cooked these this week for company. Enjoy.
