Brisket with Vegetable Gravy

- 2 to 3 lb. brisket, seasoned salt or salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. can water
- 1 green pepper, quartered
- 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, halved
- 1 medium onion, cut in half
1Season meat. Place in roasting pan.
2Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for about 3 hours.
3When done, remove all vegetables, mash,(preferably in blender) and blend with juices.
4Heat and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
