Ingredients

4 c
white minute rice
1/2 c
soy sauce
4 clove
garlic, minced
1 c
water
2
beef bouillon, cubes
4
eggs
1 lb
ground beef
2 can(s)
peas and carrots
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown the ground beef, drain fat out of pan and set aside.

Make the white rice using the directions on the box.
2Place beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup of water and let dissolve.

Meanwhile, mince the garlic cloves into tiny pieces.

Scramble up the eggs and set aside.
3Put rice into a skillet and add the soy sauce. Stiring constantly so rice won't burn. Add the beef bouillon, minced garlic, salt and ground black pepper. Cook until most of the liquid is evaporated.
4Add the ground beef, scrambled eggs, peas & carrots. Mix well. Enjoy!
