This is a great sandwhich meat to serve at parties or anything else you need something easy that doesn't require much attention. We just moved again recently, so I had this for all of our helpers. I really have no idea who Bob is!!!

6 lb
beef chuck roast (or any beef roast. we prefer less fatty roasts)
beef bouillon, cubes
1 pkg
lipton onion soup mix
1 c
garlic salt or powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. cut beef roast into chunks and put roasting/baking pan. mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cook for 4hrs, stirring occasionally. when the meat shreds it is done.(It can also be cooked in Crockpot, but takes a little longer).
Shred all of the meat and leave in the juice. Put on buns of choice and enjoy. (We normally make it the night before and refrigerate. Then put in the Crockpot and warm it so people can eat if whenever.)
