Love the taste of Arby's roast beef? Then you'll love this crock pot spin of the infamous roast beef.

I have never been a fan of Arby's, but I am willing to try this yummy sounding recipe....this was soooo good!

salt & pepper, to taste
onion rolls

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Place roast in crock pot. Stir remaining ingredients together & pour over roast. Cook on LOW 5 hours.
2
Serve on onion rolls. Leftovers freeze beautifully.
3
OPTION:

Pour cheddar cheese soup, nacho cheese or 3 Homemade Cheese Whiz Recipes over when serving.

Yeah, not sure on that. Well, the roast beef from the deli would already be cooked, maybe 1/2 hour or just keep checking on it.

I wonder if you could use just the sliced roast beef from the deli and cook it in the juices, if that would be much easier and taste about the same. Only thing would be, for how long would you cook it for? All the recipes I've found are all for a whole roast.
