Kimmi's Notes:

Love the taste of Arby's roast beef? Then you'll love this crock pot spin of the infamous roast beef.

I have never been a fan of Arby's, but I am willing to try this yummy sounding recipe....this was soooo good!

Directions

1
Place roast in crock pot. Stir remaining ingredients together & pour over roast. Cook on LOW 5 hours.
2
Serve on onion rolls. Leftovers freeze beautifully.
3
OPTION:

Pour cheddar cheese soup, nacho cheese or Homemade Cheese Whiz over when serving.

I'm going to have to give this one a try. My dad loved Arby's when it first came out....before they switched over to the compressed beef roll. Might be a couple of weeks but I'll let you know!

I give this a 85 plus. I made this for dinner tonight. also had party potatoes and baked beans. Horsey sauce is excellent
condiment.

This recipe was very good. However, Mine was over cooked. Could not slice as it was falling apart. I will make again checking after six hours and every couple hours after that.

Hey another Kimmy! According to the recipe, yes, that is what it states. But after seeing Helen's response....I wonder. It's funny cause I'm actually making this tomorrow. I think maybe I'll try 6 - 8 hours & see where that leaves us. I too thought that that was a long time to keep in the crock pot, even on low.....

But Helen....falling apart is a good sign that it's tender...no? But Helen, I'm a little confused. You gave it a 85 plus, but only gave it 2 stars. Why?
