- envelope of onion soup mix
1place brisket in cooker, folding any thin ends to equal even cooking, pour cranberry sauce over meat, spreading for even coverage, then shake onion soup evenly over all. Put lid on and set at low for 6-8 hrs depending on roast.
2remove brisket. let set 5-10 min, slice against grain and enjoy..
