Start with Good grade of Steak, and your 1/2 way there. The rest of this recipe is easy.
Season, and pour your favorite Beer over, let set, COVERED, Refrigerate for 2 hrs or more before Grilling and Your into one Good Tender Tasty Steak.
Great one For Hot Out Door weather.

Ingredients

STEAKS NEED MARINATING AT LEAST 2 HRS BEFOR GRILLING

(1/2 lb) ribeye steaks or steak of choice
2 TBS
sea salt & coarse black pepper
2 can(s)
(12oz) beer, any good beer of your choice.
2 TBS
optional: montreal steak seasoning ( grill mates by schilling) ( in your grocers spice isle)

Directions Step-By-Step

Place Steaks in a large Shallow Container, with a lid.
SEASON each side of each steak.

Gently pour Beer over steaks
(NOTE: as not to wash off seaonings)

Cover, Place in refer for 2 hrs or more.

Preheat Grill for High heat.
Lightly OIL your Grates,
Place steaks on grill.
Discard Marinade.
Cook for 5 min on each side or to Your Liking.
(This cooking time makes for a medium rare steak.)
Enjoy.
