Beefy Noodle Casserole

This is an old stand by recipe for my family. It can be put together and on the table in no time. It tastes good and is a very comforting food.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef, cooked and drained.
1 small
yellow onion, diced
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
milk
1 c
sour cream, optional
16oz
egg noodles, cooked and drained

Step-By-Step

1Cook onions with the ground beef until tender and beef is no longer pink, drain and return to pan.
2Add cooked and drained egg noodles, soup and milk to the beef and onions, stir well and heat over medium heat until heated through.
3Add sour cream just before serving.
