BEEF TRI TIP WITH HORSERADISH
|1||3 pound roast|
|2||tablespoons vegetable oil|
|1||can beef broth|
|1/4||cup prepared horseradish|
|1/2||cup fine chopped onions|
|1/4||teaspoon black pepper|
|1/3||cup all purpose flour|
|2/3||cup cold water|
This is a good dinner roast recipe for tri tip, boneless sirloin tip or rump roast. It comes out very tender, has a nice gravy and makes wonderful sandwiches. Enjoy!
