1Slice beef into 1/2 inch strips.
2Arrange in shallow casserole.
3Combine soy sauce, wine, garlic and ginger.
4Pour over meat, cover and refrigerate.
6Broil beef 1-1/2 minutes on each side.
7Pour marinade into saucepan.
8Add cornstarch and cook over medium heat, until sauce thickens.
9Remove from heat, stir in sugar substitute.
