Easy and very yummy recipe! I usually made a double batch and freeze the left overs.

Ingredients

2 lb
stew beef bite sized
1/2 stick
butter
2 c
onion
salt and pepper to taste
flour to thicken
1 can(s)
mushrooms or can be fresh
3 (26oz) can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
sour cream or to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown stew beef in butter; add onions and cook till all are tender and done add just enough flour to thicken to a paste

Add mushrooms, cans of soup, and sour cream

Simmer on very lower for about an hour
Serve over hot buttered noodles!!
