beef top round steak, boneless (eyeround ok), cubed or slices , as in stir fry slices
Add wine to heavy cream. Set aside
Melt 1/3 cup butter and saute onions until golden
Melt 1/3 cup butter and saute mushrooms,they should be brown and tender.
Melt last third of the butter and saute beef.
Add bouillon, salt, onions.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours gently til beef is tender.
Add tomatoe paste, worcestershire sauce, creams and mushrooms.
Simmer gently or just reheat without boiling.
