1 Tbsplemon juice

2 tspolive oil

1.5 tspfresh mint leaves, chopped

1/4 tspminced garlic

1 pinchsalt

1/4 tsppeppercorns, crushed

12 ozporterhouse steak or T-bone
How To Make beef siciliana

1In small bowl combine all ingredients except peppercorns and steak; set aside.

2Press crushed peppercorns into steak; broil steak, on rack in broiling pan, 2 inches from heat source, turning once, for about 3 minutes on each side or until done to taste.

3Remove to warmed platter and brush with mint mixture.

4Serve immediately.
