Ingredients For beef salad ole

3/4 cpicante sauce

1 cthinly sliced celery

1red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

1cucumber

1tomato, chopped
-
3/4 lbroast beef deli style, sliced 1/4"

1clove garlic, minced
-
1/2 tsporegano, crushed

2 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
1 cred onion, thinly sliced
How To Make beef salad ole

1Cut cucumber lengthwise into quarters, seeded and thinly sliced.

2Combine picante sauce, oil, vinegar, oregano and garlic; mix well.

3Place beef in plastic bag; pour half of picante sauce mixture into bag.

4Close bag securely; chill at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.

5Just before serving, arrange meat and vegetables on serving platter.

6Pass remaining dressing and serve with additional picante sauce.
