I got this recipe from my Sister-in-law, it was a little different my husband and daughter likes it so i have been making it since. Hope you all enjoy it....

Ingredients For beef & potato casserole

1 can

roast beef with gravy
1 can

cream of celery soup
5 to 6 lg

potatoes (sliced)
1 lg

onion (sliced)
2 c

grated cheese

How To Make beef & potato casserole

Boil Potatoes & onion for about 10 minutes.

Drain, Put half potato & onion mixture in casserole dish. Add salt and pepper.

Add beef & gravy, add half celery soup. Put remaining potato,onion, and soup.

Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 until bubbly & cheese melt.
