Ingredients

2 lb
pot roast
1 Tbsp
oil
1
onion, diced
1 c
carrots, thinly sliced
2 c
cola
2 c
chicken stock
1 tsp
salt
1 c
frozen peas, thawed

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in a pot, add the meat and brown well on both sides.

2Remove the meat and pour out the fat.

3Replace the meat and add onion, carrot and cola.

4Place over medium heat and cook 5 minutes.

5Add stock and salt, cover and cook for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.

6Add the peas and cook another 5 minutes.
