Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients

4 lb
chuck pot roast
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
beef broth, reduced sodium
1 pkg
good seasons italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c
all purpose flour

Step-By-Step

1Coat roast with flour and salad dressing mix. Use a meat tenderizer and gently pound in coating.
2Place roast in a 5-6 quart crock pot,
3Mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and beef broth.
4Pour over roast. Cover, and place on low setting for 6 hours
