Ingredients For beef patties/meatballs/risolles

  • 800 g
    beef mince
  • 1
    onion
  • 1/8
    capsicum
  • 2
    sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4
    zuchini
  • 1/4 tsp
    cracked pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 250 g
    breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 2 sprig
    parsley
  • 1 pinch
    mixed herbs, dried

How To Make beef patties/meatballs/risolles

    Into large mixing bowl add mince, salt n pepper, mixed herbs, eggs, sauce and bread crumbs.

    VERY finely chop all veges, discard any larger chunks as will break up the patties. Add to bowl mix well, mold into desired shapes. For meatballs I find molding into cubes makes cooking evenly easier. Do not make over 1 inch thick or will burn on outside before mince cooks in middles.

    Cook in frying pan on medium high or bbq with a little oil.
