Ingredients For beef paprika

1/4 cshortening
-
2 lblean beef chuck, trimmed & cut into 1 inch squares

1 conion, chopped
-
1 clovegarlic
-
3/4 cketchup
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspbrown sugar
-
1/2 tspmustard powder
-
2 tsppaprika
-
1 1/2 cwater
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1/4 cwater
-
1 dashcayenne pepper
How To Make beef paprika

1Melt Shortening in large skillet over medium heat. Add meat, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir until meat is browned.

2Stir in ketchup, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 cup water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

3Blend flour and 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into meat. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Service over noodles.
