im a Mom so simple one pot wonders that i can set and forget is wonderful.

i served mine with peppered bisquits and a fried egg on top

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
2 lb
potatoes
4 divided oz
olive oil, extra virgin
4
garlic cloves
1
red bell pepper
4 oz
beer
6 oz
beef stock
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
kosher salt
2 tsp
pepper
jalapeno juice to taste
dash
red pepper flakes
dash
worcestershire sauce to taste

Step-By-Step

1Make slurry out of beer, stock, onion powder, salt and pepper jalapeno juice, worcestershire sause, red pepper flakes,,,set aside

2Brown Beef set aside

3same pan sautee peppers garlic till just translusent,add grd beef back in

delglaze pan and reduse slurry by 1/2,,set aside

4and 2 oz left of evoo and fry potatoes until brown and cooked, salt and pepper potatoes as you go, (they take alot of flavoring)

5add ground beef and peppers back in press down, let cook to set together and serve hot

Serve with a fried egg for garnish and a warm peppered bisquit.
