Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

1/4 lb
beef tenderloin trimmings, in 1 inch cubes

cherry tomatoes

red onion, cut into 1 inch chunks

zucchini, cubed

mushrooms

red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
1 c
red wine
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 Tbsp
oregano, fresh chopped
1 Tbsp
rosemary, chopped
2 Tbsp
olive oil

cloves minced fresh garlic

Step-By-Step

1Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers in attractive patterns.
2I usually try to make each one different.
3Place in a shallow dish.
4Combine the wine, oil and herbs and pour over the kabobs.
5Marinate for about 2 hours turning occasionally.
6Prepare the grill.
7Place the skewers on the grill and baste, turning every few minutes.
8Cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
