Beef Cubes baked in Foil

- 2 lb
- chuck roast, cubed
- 4--8 oz
- jar sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg
- french onion soup mix
- 4 Tbsp
1Dot the center of a piece of heavy aluminum foil with the margerine.
Shake 1/2 of the envelope of onion soup mix over the margerine.
2Place the cubed beef ( 1 inch thick) over the soup mix.
Add the mushrooms with juice.Add 1/2 cup water the the remaining onion soup mix.
3Bring the foil up over the meat and press the edges tightly to seal.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
