My Grandma Phillips was an old farm girl all her life, she was a hard worked and had to help out on the farm as well as run the home. When thme was short and she needed a fast meal she would serve this with a salad, and rolls.

Ingredients For beef chunks with corn and tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 lb
    top round steak cut into 1 1/2" cubes, if you have left-over steak or roast beef use it in this recipe.
  • 1 can
    tomatoe drained ( large can )
  • 1 can
    niblet corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make beef chunks with corn and tomatoes

    Saute meat in olive oil and place in a casserole dish with tomatoes, corn, and seasoning.

    Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
