Beef and Salsa Burritos

A friend cooked this for me today. all I can say. Not too spicy or bland...Just right!!!

pinch tips: How to Tie a Roast


1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
10 oz
frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
1 1/2 c
chunky salsa (like pace) i use mild
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
flour tortillas, warmed

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet,brown ground beef over medium heat.
Season beef with chili powder, cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in center of each tortilla, roll over. Enjoy with sour cream or more salsa or both.
