Beef and Cheese Crescents

- 1 lb
- ground beef
- 1/4 c
- chopped onion
- 3/4 c
- barbecue sauce, i used sweet baby ray's
- 6 slice
- velveeta cheese
- 2 can(s)
- crescent rolls
1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion. Drain; set aside, but first stir in barbecue sauce.
Unroll rolls into 4 long strips on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides to make on lg roll. Spread
meat down center. Top with cheese. Overlap edges and seal.
2Bake 25 minutes.
3I made these a lot when the kids were home. We all loved them, and I learned you can substitute fresh ground
sausage and mozzarella cheese and make a good sausage roll. You could also add a can of drained mushrooms.
