Beef and Bean Chili
1 1/2 lb
ground beef, 80%
1 1/2 c
garlic, chopped fine
bell pepper, medium, chopped
kidney beans, canned (15.5 oz can)
tomato paste (12 oz)
1Brown beef with onions,garlic and bell pepper. Drain, if necessary.
2Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready now to eat!
3Great with taco chips, cheddar cheese or plain! Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles or elbow macaroni and top with cheddar cheese or colby cheese. Don't forget the saltine crackers!
