Ingredients For baked lasagna casserole

1 lbground beef

2 Tbspsalad or olive oil

1 mdonion

1 clovegarlic
-
1 tspparsley, chopped

26 ounce cans tomato paste

2 cwater
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
8 ozlasagna noodles, cooked

2eggs
-
3/4 lbricotta cheese or creamed cottage cheese

3/4 lbmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make baked lasagna casserole

1Brown ground beef in oil with onion, garlic and parsley.

2Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour.

3Meanwhile, cook and cool noodles as directed on package.

4Mix together eggs and ricotta (or cottage cheese).

5In a 9 X 13 inch baking dish, spread about 1/2 cup meat sauce, then alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, egg mixture and mozzarella until baking dish is filled.

6Top with more sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
